About the centre

Roselea shopping Centre is a newly constructed convenience-based neighbourhood centre. Anchor tenants Woolworths and BWS and a host of speciality retailers were hand-picked for Roselea Shopping Centre, a 5,736 m2 retail development on Karrinyup Road in Balcatta.

The centre was created with an ethos of supporting locals – it was designed and built by locals for locals. Local tradespeople, homegrown WA specialty stores all with local owners and local employees.

Roselea Shopping Centre is centrally located to the high-end residential estates of Roselea and Princeton within The City of Stirling’s vibrant community.  The Centre is conveniently located on the main arterial road, Karrinyup Road in Balcatta, and is just 10kms north of the Perth central business district.

Perth’s newest shopping Centre is now open and forms a pivotal part in the revitalisation of one of the city’s most diverse suburbs.  The Centre officially opened Wednesday 4th November 2020 with a ribbon cutting ceremony attended by the Hon. Rita Saffioti – Minister for Planning and Mayor Mark Irwin, City of Stirling.
